At 9:42 pm of 13 January 2012, the cruise ship Costa Concordia, hit a reef one hundred meters off the coast line of the Isola del Giglio. Thirty-two people died on the shipwreck.
Capitain Francesco Schettino is now standing the trial. Charges go from negligence to multiple manslaughter.
